Order
Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email containing your order details and shipping information.
Please check that all the information is correct, and feel free to contact us immediately in case of any errors. You can reply directly to the confirmation email or use this address.
If you do not receive the confirmation email within 24 hours, please check your spam folder before contacting us.
Shipping Time
We strive to prepare your package within a maximum of 3 business days after receiving your order.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched. If you do not receive this email, please check your spam folder before contacting us.
Delivery Time
All products are shipped from the United States.
- US:
- Economy: 4 - 8 business days
- Standard: 2 - 5 business days
- Canada, Australia, and Europe:
- Standard: 10 - 30 business days
Please note that processing, shipping, and delivery times may be longer during certain periods of the year (holidays, vacations, promotions, etc.).
Despite our best efforts to deliver within the estimated timeframe, we cannot be held responsible for delays beyond our control.
Delivery Issues
Please contact us immediately if:
- You have not received your order within the estimated timeframe. The sooner you reach out, the easier it will be to track your package.
- Your package was damaged during transport, and its contents are affected. If possible, report any damage to the carrier upon delivery. You may also refuse the package if it is excessively damaged.
- Your package was not delivered according to your instructions (e.g., left in a building hallway, in the yard, or in front of your door, exposed to view).
We will do our best to find a solution for you.
Returns
How to Return an Item?
You can return one or more items up to 14 days after the delivery date of your order.
Items must be in perfect condition and have all their original tags intact.
To return an item, please contact us by replying to the confirmation email you received.
We will then provide you with instructions on how to proceed with the return.
Please note that we do not offer exchanges, only refunds.
Return and reshipping costs are at your own expense.
All returns must be sent to our workshop located in France.

- Canada: 17.49 USD
- Australia: 21.99 USD
- Europe: 7.49 USD
The returns cost include shipping cost and duty fees.
We recommend returning your items using a tracked shipping service to avoid any issues.
Damaged or incomplete items will be returned to you as received, at your expense.
Refund Policy
Your refund will be processed via the same payment method used for your purchase.
Once your return is validated (items must be in perfect condition and have their original inner tags), you will receive a confirmation email indicating that the amount will be credited to your account within a few days.
