Do I need to create an account to make a purchase?
No, you can complete your purchase as a guest without creating an account.
Can I change or cancel my order after it's been placed?
Unfortunately, once an order is confirmed, it cannot be modified. However, if you need to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at contact@keochaya.com. Our Customer Service team will check if it’s possible to cancel your order, though we cannot guarantee the cancellation. Please note that during sales or launch periods, our response time may be longer.
How can I track the status of my order?
You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order is on its way. If any items are out of stock, we will notify you promptly.
Can I return my order?
Yes, you can return your order within 14 days of receiving it. For more information about the return process, please visit our Returns Page.
Can I exchange an item in my order?
Currently, we do not offer exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the item and place a new order. For assistance, feel free to reach out to our Customer Service team.
Are there return fees and customs charges?
Yes, all returns must be sent to our workshop located in France. Return costs, including shipping and customs duties, are as follows:
- US: 17.49 USD
- Canada: 17.49 USD
- Australia: 21.99 USD
- Europe: 7.49 USD
These costs include both shipping and duty fees.
Will the shipping costs be refunded if I return my order?
Unfortunately, the original shipping costs and return fees are non-refundable. You are responsible for the return shipping. Returns with unpaid customs duties or additional fees will not be accepted. However, if we made an error with your order, we will cover the shipping costs. Please contact us immediately in such cases.
What is sales tax?
For international customers outside of the US, the prices on our website do not include taxes. When your parcel arrives in your country, taxes and duty fees will be applied at customs. You may also incur additional charges for customs processing.
